Major Talent | Effective Date: March 25, 2026 | Last Updated: March 25, 2026

Major Talent LLC is committed to ensuring that our Platform is accessible to all users, including veterans and military spouses with disabilities. We believe that every person who has served deserves equal access to the tools and opportunities available on our Platform.

1. Our Commitment

We are working to ensure that majortalent.com and iam.majortalent.com conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA defines how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Our accessibility commitment includes:

  • Providing sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
  • Ensuring all interactive elements are operable by keyboard without a mouse.
  • Including descriptive text alternatives for non-text content such as images and icons.
  • Designing forms with clear labels, error messages, and instructions.
  • Supporting screen reader software through proper use of HTML semantics and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes.
  • Ensuring the Platform is readable and operable at up to 200% text zoom without loss of functionality.
  • Providing sufficient session timeout warnings to allow users extra time to complete forms.

2. Current Status

The current version of the Platform is undergoing accessibility review and remediation as part of a comprehensive redesign. Our target is full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across all Platform pages and features.

Known areas under active improvement include:

  • Mobile responsiveness and touch target sizes across all feature pages.
  • ARIA labeling on complex form components, including the military service record and ASVAB score entry sections.
  • Keyboard navigation flow through multi-step profile builder screens.
  • Color contrast review of all body text and button states.

We are committed to addressing identified gaps in order of impact on veteran users, prioritizing registration, profile building, and job notification features.

3. Assistive Technologies

We test and aim to support the following combinations of assistive technologies and browsers:

  • NVDA + Firefox (Windows)
  • JAWS + Chrome (Windows)
  • VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • TalkBack + Chrome (Android)

If you encounter difficulty using the Platform with a different assistive technology, please let us know and we will investigate.

4. Alternative Access

If you are unable to access any feature of the Platform due to a disability, we are committed to providing assistance through alternative means. Please contact us at the address below and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need in a format accessible to you.

5. Feedback and Contact
