Major Talent allows Veterans to build a profile that captures their experiences, skills, and competencies and objectively translates this career into verbiage used in civilian industries.  This creates an opportunity for companies to intentionally hire veterans.  

Military spouses historically sacrifice their careers to follow our Veterans around the world.  We believe they should also be intentionally hired and be a “go-to” source for any company.

Companies that are intentional about hiring veterans and military spouses, normally invest efforts into bringing in interns as well.  We feel like it is our duty to also make interns available to these companies and invest in the next generation.
